I am an I.T. tutor specialising in graphics and publishing. As an Adobe Certified Instructor I teach the 'Adobe Creative Suite' (which includes Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Dreamweaver). I think that Adobe creates superb software which I love to use and which I am very enthusiastic about teaching.
I live in South Devon, one of the most beautiful parts of the UK with rolling green hills and seascapes.
I am an artist, musician and have a passion for sport aviation. I love the internet and the extraordinary potential it has and I am constantly researching ways to maximise that potential in my life. I see it like all the worlds knowledge surrounding the globe in a huge virtual cloud, that we can tap into from anywhere -awesome.
I started this website as publishing is my main area of expertise. Having worked as an archaeological illustrator, technical illustrator, designer, academic publisher and web designer, I have a wealth of experience to draw on.
I hope this site will be seen as something of a community, as place to exchange ideas, as a platform to keep up to date with the rapidly progressing digital world that we find ourselves in.
I may be an Adobe Certified Instructor, happy to pass on my knowledge, but I don't think we ever stop learning, the world is just too vast and complex to ever hope to have more than just a passing knowledge.
Without you this site would be pointless, so come and enjoy the adventure with me. We can learn from each other.
